2. Purpose of the website

Purchase of a digital product grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use that product for their own individual purposes. No transfer of ownership, and no right of commercial exploitation, reproduction or redistribution, is granted. Any commercial use requires prior written authorisation.
7. Purchases, prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the relevant product page and include the taxes applicable at checkout, where these apply. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers; Serviceks LLC does not store full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised, at which point access instructions are sent to the email address provided by the user. Incorrect email addresses supplied at checkout are the responsibility of the user.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where the user has given prior express consent to immediate supply and has acknowledged that this results in loss of the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and accessing the product, the user provides that consent and acknowledgement.
Any voluntary refund policy offered by Serviceks LLC is published on the website and applies on the terms stated there. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the State of New Mexico. Consumers resident in jurisdictions whose law grants them the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence retain that right.
